Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support the successful execution of projects across various departments. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, assisting in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Assist Project Managers in all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and timelines using appropriate tools.
  • Task Management: Track project tasks, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring timely completion and proactively identifying potential roadblocks.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders through regular meetings, status updates, and reports.
  • Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, risk logs, and change requests.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Help identify, track, and escalate project risks and issues, and support the development of mitigation plans.
  • Resource Management: Assist in the coordination and allocation of project resources under the guidance of the Project Manager.
  • Budget Tracking: Support the monitoring of project budgets and expenses.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Support the Project Manager in managing stakeholder expectations and relationships.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and processes within the organization.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports and presentations as required.
