Job Title : Associate Product Manager

Location : Gurugram


Role Overview:

As an Associate Product Manager at zingbus you will be responsible and working on Demand Side Projects (B2B Zingbus Platform for Booking Creation). You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including Engineering, Design, Business, Data Analytics and Marketing — to uncover insights, define high-impact problems, and deliver features that accelerate growth and revenue. You’ll support the end-to-end product lifecycle — from research and ideation to launch and optimization.



Key Responsibilities

Collaborating with product managers, engineers, designers, business, marketing to define problem statements, prioritize features and quantify impact.

● Monitoring market trends and conducting competitive benchmarking to identify emerging opportunities, and inform strategic product decisions that strengthen our market positioning.

● Analyzing and interpreting trends and patterns from complex, large-scale data sets to uncover actionable insights, drive data-informed decision-making, and identify opportunities for product and business growth. ● Drive and support the full product lifecycle — from in-depth research and innovative ideation to seamless launch and continuous optimization — ensuring each stage delivers maximum value to users and the business


Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, design, or a related field (Tier 1 and Tier 2 Preferred)

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication.

● Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

● Passion for technology, user experience, and data-driven decision-making. 


Nice-to-Have:

● Prior internship or work experience in product management, business analysis, or related field.

● Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

● Knowledge of basic data analytics (SQL, Google Analytics, MixPanel etc.)
