Key Responsibilities
- Deeply understand customer requirements, pain points, and workflows, and translate them into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Develop a strong understanding of LLM (Large Language Model) technologies and their application to Agent Assist and Copilot use cases.
- Navigate ambiguous situations and bring clarity through structured problem-solving and proactive collaboration.
- Partner effectively with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, ML developers, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end.
- Communicate product vision and requirements with exceptional clarity to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a learning mindset—quickly absorb new domains, technologies, and customer needs, while staying proactive in execution.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of product management experience (internships or APM programs can be considered).
- Basic understanding of LLM technology and enthusiasm to deepen expertise in applied AI/ML.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively across engineering, design, and business teams.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS business models is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to take initiative and thrive in ambiguous situations
