Job Description

Manage end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of annual changes to Xactly systems (Incent, Connect, etc). Collaborate with Sales Operations, HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and translate them into scalable system designs. Develop backend workflows, automate processes, and optimize data integrations between Xactly and other enterprise systems (eg, Salesforce, ERP, HRIS). Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, etc). Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and production support for Xactly configurations and integrations. Document system processes, design decisions, and change management procedures. Provide subject matter expertise on Xactly best practices and industry standards. Support report generation, incentive calculation logic, and custom scripting within Xactly. Mentor junior team members and coordinate with global teams for project delivery. Qualifications: bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing Xactly systems with a strong focus on backend processes and annual updates. Hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Xactly Connect, and custom scripting/integration. Strong understanding of sales compensation structures and incentive modeling. Proficient in SQL, data integration tools (eg, Informatica, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft), and scripting languages. Experience working with Salesforce and other enterprise systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
