Project Role : Technology Delivery Lead Project Role Description : Manages the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Must have skills : Business Requirements Analysis, Agile Project Management, Scrum Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Technology Delivery Lead you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Requirements management, Banking knowledge, Stakeholder Management, Communication skills, Agile Scrum, Leaderhip, Coaching Trade Finance knowledge, BDD Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Develop detailed business requirements and user stories. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements. Create process flow diagrams and business process models. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Agile Project Management, Scrum. Strong understanding of business process modeling. Experience in conducting gap analysis and impact assessments. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 13 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. This position is based at our Mumbai office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
