Associate Product Manager

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Product Manager to support the development and enhancement of our AI chatbot software. As an Assistant Product Manager, you will work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to execute the product vision, roadmap, and growth initiatives. You will contribute to the product lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination between teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that align with our business goals and customer needs. What you need for this role

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a product management role or a strong product management mindset.
• Familiarity with product management software tools, methodologies, and best practices is preferred.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.

What you will be doing

• Assist in leading the software development project team to ensure timely, quality project delivery.
• Support in devising product development strategies for optimal effectiveness.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.
• Participate in requirement gathering, grooming, and documentation for internal and external teams.
• Support recruitment, orientation, and training of new engineering and product management staff.
• Assist in resource estimation and effort prediction for product objectives.
• Help develop and manage product development schedules and work plans.
• Provide consistent product updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the product development process.
• Measure product performance to identify areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
