What will you get to work on?

As an Associate Product Manager at Osfin.ai, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers, to support product implementation and delivery
• Assist in shaping the product vision and contribute to the product roadmap for a globally scalable SaaS product
• Support product development from ideation to launch through market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback
• Write clear and concise product requirements and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including management, engineering, and design teams
• Work closely with senior product managers and leadership to align on product priorities and business goals

What do we expect from you?

• A proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• 1+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and support decision-making
• Ability to contribute to product roadmaps and assist in delivering on both short-term and long-term goals
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
• Basic understanding of product development processes and experience in preparing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• Passion for technology and a keen interest in building customer-centric products
