Associate Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Participate in user research and usability testing activities.
Iterate on design solutions based on feedback and data.
Maintain design consistency and contribute to the design system.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1–2 years of experience in product or UX/UI design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Portfolio showcasing design projects and process.

Nice to Have:

Experience with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS).
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
Exposure to agile/scrum development environments.
