About the Role

Associate Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Translate business and product requirements into

  user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs

  .
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer to

  maintain and evolve our design system and component library

  .
• Apply

  UX principles

  such as consistency, hierarchy, accessibility, and feedback loops to create designs that are both functional and delightful.
• Use

  Figma

  and

  Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)

  to deliver product, marketing, and visual assets.
• Deliver production-ready design assets and

  work with developers for accurate handoff and implementation

  .
• Participate in

  design reviews

  , contributing constructive feedback and iterating based on team input.
• Take ownership of smaller design projects

  end-to-end

  , while supporting the Senior Designer on larger initiatives.

Experience

• 1–2 years as a

  Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Visual Designer

  with a focus on digital products.

Tools

• Strong proficiency in

  Figma

  and

  Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator; After Effects preferred)

  .

Skills

• Ability to design

  clean, modern, and responsive interfaces

  .
• Familiarity with

  user flows, wireframes, prototyping, and usability testing

  .
• Understanding of

  design fundamentals

  : typography, colour, grids, spacing, and accessibility.
• Awareness of

  UX best practices

  : simplicity, consistency, intuitive navigation, and reducing cognitive load.

Soft Skills

• Collaborative mindset; comfortable working within a small, fast-moving team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design tasks.

• Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions clearly.
