As part of Consumer Pay team, you will be the owner the monetization lifecycle of the users. The role would involve end of end responsibility starting from identification of relevant customer cohorts using data and heuristics, devising and executing various experiments on these cohorts, overseeing and ensuring effective communication of the offerings, monitoring results over lifecycle of the customers, taking data-driven and well thought out decisions on scaling up or scaling down to maximize LTVs.
We are looking for a well-rounded candidate with 2-5 years of work experience. The candidate has to be a solution seeker with an understanding of subscriber marketing, customer lifecycle journey and underlying metrics. • Engineer from Tier 1 college (IIT/BITS/NIT) with 2-5 years of experience of working in Growth or Subscription team of a new age company working in the domain of Music, OTT, Entertainment, Media, Gaming, Travel or Telecom
