Senior Manager, Product Analytics

Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager Product Analytics to drive data-driven insights and strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and monetization. This role will collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams to unlock meaningful user behavior patterns and shape product roadmaps with data-backed recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Product Analytics team to generate actionable insights that optimize the user journey.
• Define and track key product metrics related to engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on user behavior, A/B tests, and funnel performance to inform product strategy.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to implement data-driven enhancements.
• Develop and refine frameworks for measuring product success, experiment impact, and feature adoption.
• Enable self-serve analytics across teams by improving dashboards, reporting structures, and instrumentation.
• Utilize machine learning, clustering, and segmentation techniques to uncover patterns and drive personalization.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish a strong data culture within the organization.

Requirements:

• 6-9 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence, preferably in a consumer tech or streaming company.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience working with big data platforms (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.) and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical analysis, and experiment design.
• Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Passion for music, entertainment, and digital experiences is a plus.
