Job Title:

Associate Manager – Sales Quality

Location:

Hyderabad (Work from Office)

6 Days (Sunday Off)

Role Purpose

To lead NxtWave’s Sales Quality Assurance function by executing high-impact audit projects, mentoring a team of analysts, and driving excellence through precision, data, and innovation. The role plays a key part in shaping our AI-powered auditing platform, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in sales execution.

About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate Manager – Sales Quality to join our team. This position combines hands-on auditing with leadership responsibilities, ensuring quality benchmarks are consistently met. You will lead end-to-end audit projects, mentor analysts, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance both manual and AI-driven quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales audit projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Mentor and supervise a team of Sales Quality Analysts, providing feedback, coaching, and performance tracking.
Conduct detailed audits of recorded sales calls to ensure compliance with quality standards and business goals.
Identify recurring trends and root causes through data analysis; present insights and recommendations to management.
Collaborate with Product and Technology teams as a subject matter expert to refine and enhance the AI auditing tool.
Maintain the transition from manual to semi-automated audit systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
Continuously improve quality frameworks, scorecards, and audit methodologies to align with evolving business objectives.
Coordinate with Sales Leadership to communicate findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/pre-sales quality assurance, call auditing, or related roles.
Demonstrated experience in a team lead or senior analyst capacity with proven mentoring ability.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for leveraging technology and AI to improve business processes and quality assurance.

Work Profile

Working Days: 6 (Sunday Off)
Work Mode: Work-from-Office, Hyderabad
Compensation: As per industry standards
