Role Purpose

To lead NxtWave’s Sales Quality Assurance function by executing high-impact audit projects, mentoring a team of analysts, and driving excellence through precision, data, and innovation. The role plays a key part in shaping our AI-powered auditing platform, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement in sales execution.

About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate Manager – Sales Quality to join our team. This position combines hands-on auditing with leadership responsibilities, ensuring quality benchmarks are consistently met. You will lead end-to-end audit projects, mentor analysts, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance both manual and AI-driven quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage sales audit projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Mentor and supervise a team of Sales Quality Analysts, providing feedback, coaching, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct detailed audits of recorded sales calls to ensure compliance with quality standards and business goals.
  • Identify recurring trends and root causes through data analysis; present insights and recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams as a subject matter expert to refine and enhance the AI auditing tool.
  • Maintain the transition from manual to semi-automated audit systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
  • Continuously improve quality frameworks, scorecards, and audit methodologies to align with evolving business objectives.
  • Coordinate with Sales Leadership to communicate findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/pre-sales quality assurance, call auditing, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in a team lead or senior analyst capacity with proven mentoring ability.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for leveraging technology and AI to improve business processes and quality assurance.
