We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Procurement with experience in real estate purchases. The role involves handling end-to-end procurement of CAPEX and OPEX items, developing vendor relationships, driving cost-effective negotiations, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Planning & Execution
• Manage procurement of construction materials, services, equipment, and consumables (CAPEX & OPEX).
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and finalize purchase orders.
• Vendor Development & Management
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain a strong vendor database and conduct periodic performance reviews.
• Foster long-term relationships to ensure consistency in supply, quality, and cost.
• Negotiation & Cost Optimization
• Negotiate prices, credit terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
• Benchmark market prices and adopt best practices to drive procurement efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Process & Documentation
• Maintain transparent procurement records, agreements, and vendor documents.
• Collaborate with finance for timely payments and budget alignment.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit and reporting requirements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with project, design, and accounts teams to understand requirements.
• Provide inputs on procurement strategy during project planning and execution.
• Support in resolving supply chain and vendor-related issues proactively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
