Any Graduate Details: 1. Operations and Cost Management: Overall costs facilities operations to be maintained within budget quality parameters existing in new Projects 2. Compliances and Audits: Ensure Statutory Compliances for all vendors and maintain quarterly, monthly Annual reports. Ensure nil NCs. 3. BCP: Ensure service facilities are geared up. Have a view on redundancy and ensure BCP plan is in place for emergency situations. 4. Centralize BMS Ops: Ensure best practices are deployed, interact with industry experts to build documentation which incorporate best practices to be followed across various facilities 5. Administration Skills: Must work in a 24/7 RIMS environment. Work Experience: 1. Exposure in directly handling customer infrastructure. 2. Will be responsible for budgets, safety, compliance and functional aspects of facilities management. 3. Should be familiar with infrastructure building, admin services, F&B, EHS, transport management.(if one has experience in travel immigration it would be an advantage)
