Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Manager located in Chennai. The Associate Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations, ensuring effective implementation of company policies, and achieving business goals. Duties include managing team performance, conducting regular meetings, devising strategic plans, collaborating with various departments, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

MBA in Finance with strong foundation in financial management and analysisBachelor of Commerce (Corporate Secretaryship) with expertise in corporate governance and business lawSkilled in ERP systems including Oracle, SAP, and Tally for financial reporting and accountingStrong understanding of accounting principles, auditing, and complianceAbility to leverage finance and technology to improve business efficiencyPassionate about delivering accurate financial insights to support decision-making
