Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Manager, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Associate Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, coordinating with developers, and ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies. Key tasks include conducting market research, analyzing property trends, driving sales initiatives, and monitoring team performance to meet organizational goals. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Sales, Market Research, and Trend Analysis
• Strong Project Management, Coordinator, and Leadership skills
• Excellent Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Technology and Digitization tools relevant to Real Estate
• Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus
