Associate Manager - Legal Coordination (CPIT)

Purpose/Objective

The Legal Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the Real Estate industry, based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in legal coordination within the Real Estate sector. They will be responsible for overseeing and managing all legal aspects of real estate projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing expert legal advice to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Collaborate with internal teams to understand legal requirements for real estate projects. Review and draft legal documents including contracts, agreements, and leases. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions. Provide legal guidance and support to project managers and stakeholders. Manage relationships with external legal counsel and oversee legal disputes. Participate in negotiations and settlements with third parties. Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations. Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions. Prepare reports and legal documentation for management review. Contribute to the development and implementation of legal strategies.

Technical Competencies

Thorough knowledge of Real Estate laws and regulations,Proficiency in drafting legal documents and contracts.,Experience in due diligence processes for real estate transactions,Ability to interpret and apply legal requirements to real estate projects,Familiarity with property and land laws

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in law or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in legal coordination within the Real Estate industry. Demonstrated expertise in handling legal documentation, contracts, and agreements. Proven track record of successfully managing legal compliance within the Real Estate sector.
