Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Manager - HR, located in Kerala, India. The Associate Manager - HR will be responsible for managing various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, addressing employee queries, and ensuring a healthy work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Knowledge of performance management and HR compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Experience in a similar role preferred
