Associate Manager - HR

• Associate Manager - HR We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager - HR to join our team
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hospitality Management and Human Resource, with a focus on Employee Life Cycle, Performance Management, and Statutory compliance
• Location India Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and improve employee engagement
• Manage the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and separation
• Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and development
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory laws and regulations, including labor laws, tax laws, and employment laws
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Provide HR support to employees, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing guidance on HR-related matters
• Requirements 6-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Master's degree in human resource management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
