  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, banks and Statutory Authorities
  • Lead commercial negotiations and support vendor discussions.
  • Liaise with external consultants, service providers, legal advisors, and government bodies for finance-related activities and compliance matters
  • Prepare and monitor short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Supervise treasury systems, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and external regulatory requirements.
  • Handle statutory filings and compliance related to STPI, DGFT, and Softex.
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations and Customs Department guidelines.
  • Fulfill statutory obligations for finance team operations.
  • Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes and compliance initiatives.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, post journal entries, and manage daily cash operations.
  • Oversee employee reimbursement processes and systems.
  • Conduct reconciliations for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Maintain payment and compliance trackers for ongoing financial monitoring.
  • Manage vendor master data and ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Oversee purchase order (PO) management and contract negotiations to optimize profitability.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate insurance coverage for business needs.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on financial performance and account status.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives by working closely with internal departments.
  • Manage external tasks such as visiting banks or liaising with government authorities as needed.
