Associate Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Manager to manage end- to-end accounting and taxation activities. The role involves handling GST & TDS registrations and filings, advance tax calculations, statutory compliances, and coordination with auditors and tax authorities. Key Responsibilities Taxation & Statutory Compliance  Handle GST Registration, Amendments, Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, annual returns)  Manage TDS Registration and Filings (Monthly, Quarterly returns, Form 26Q, 24Q, 16/16A)  Compute and track Advance Tax calculations and ensure timely payments  Handle Income Tax returns for Family Office Entity  Liaise with the Tax Department for notices, assessments, and clarifications Audit & Financial Finalization  Coordinate with Statutory / Tax Auditors for tax audit and financial audits  Support finalization of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements  Provide audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents  Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and other statutory laws Accounting & Reporting  Maintain accurate books of accounts (GL, AR, AP)  Perform bank, GST, and ledger reconciliations  Monitor statutory payments and compliance calendars  Assist in monthly and year-end financial closing activities Key Skills & Keywords  GST Registration & Filing  TDS Registration & Filing  Advance Tax Calculation  Liaison with Tax Department  Audit Coordination & Financial Finalization  Income Tax, GST, TDS, Compliance  Accounting Finalization & Reconciliation Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in commerce / accounting / finance  CA Inter / CMA Inter (Preferred)  Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation & Statutory Compliance Software Knowledge  Tally / ERP systems / Zoho Books  GST Portal, TRACES, Income Tax Portal  MS Excel (Advanced preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
