Taxation Manager

Job Title: Taxation Manager (Direct and Indirect Taxation)

Job description :

· Oversee and manage the company's tax compliance processes and procedures.

· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations and guidelines.

· Conduct tax audits and manage any arising tax disputes or issues.

· Handle Tax assessments, hearings and notices by liaising with external consultants

· Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities including structuring of new products and transactions.

· Maintain compliance calendar and ensure timely filings and payments

· Prepare and submit accurate tax returns and documentation on time.

· Analyze financial data to identify potential tax liabilities and areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.

· Provide clear and comprehensive tax advice to senior management and other stakeholders.

· Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

· CA / CMA qualification.

· In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles.

· Familiarity with RBI regulatory reporting is a plus.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Experience with tax software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
