Who You’ll Work With: As an Associate, you will work closely with a team of consultants, senior managers, and clients across the private, public, and social sectors. You will be part of a dynamic project team, contributing to high-impact client engagements, solving complex problems, and driving lasting improvements. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Problem Solving: Work directly with clients to solve their most pressing business challenges. Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify root causes and develop actionable insights. Assist in structuring problem-solving approaches to tackle complex client issues. Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling way to client stakeholders. Project Support & Delivery: Support the day-to-day execution of client engagements, ensuring project milestones are met. Collaborate with team members to drive the analysis, design, and implementation of tailored solutions. Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from scoping to delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs. Handle project-specific data collection, interviews, and research tasks to ensure thorough understanding of the client's business and market context. Team Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with consultants and senior team members, contributing to team discussions and offering fresh perspectives. Take ownership of workstreams within larger projects, while receiving mentorship from senior consultants to support your development. Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing to knowledge sharing and learning within the team. Continuous Improvement & Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consulting best practices. Develop and contribute to internal knowledge resources, white papers, and client-facing deliverables. Participate in internal initiatives to improve operations, methodologies, and the overall growth of the firm. Startup Mindset & Adaptability: Given the startup nature of the firm, be ready to take on additional responsibilities that may fall outside the traditional Associate role. Be flexible and adaptable in managing dynamic project environments and unexpected challenges. Qualifications and Skills: Education: MBA or advanced degree preferred. Consulting/Industry Experience: 2-4 years of experience in management consulting with demonstrated problem-solving and project execution capabilities. Analytical Ability: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop actionable solutions. Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work effectively in teams, communicate ideas clearly, and support team members to ensure project success. Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving responsibilities. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a concise and impactful manner. Client-Focused: Ability to work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations. Preferred Skills: Exposure to industries and verticals such as Healthcare, life sciences, Branding , digital transformation, or business strategy. Experience in managing small workstreams or teams in previous consulting engagements.
