Web Designer / Web Developer

You will be responsible for leading the design and development of responsive and accessible websites, landing pages, and interactive experiences. This includes translating brand strategy into digital interfaces, creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows, and ensuring visual consistency across platforms. Your role will also involve converting design mockups into pixel-perfect front-end code, building and maintaining websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js, and integrating with CMS platforms. Additionally, you will optimize websites for performance, SEO, and security, conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class digital experiences. Mentoring junior designers/developers and providing technical and creative input during planning and ideation will also be part of your responsibilities. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in web design and development, proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks, a strong portfolio showcasing design systems and UX thinking, familiarity with version control and build tools, as well as experience with SEO and web accessibility principles. Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset will be essential for effective collaboration with marketers, content creators, and engineers.,
