Role Overview: We are looking for a Web Designer / Web Developer who is both creatively driven and technically skilled. This hybrid role involves owning the entire web lifecycle—from concept to deployment—while ensuring modern aesthetics, accessibility, and optimal performance. You will collaborate closely with design, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver world-class digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Web Design (UI/UX Focused) Lead the design of responsive and accessible websites, landing pages, and interactive experiences. Translate brand strategy into consistent and innovative digital interfaces. Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows. Ensure visual consistency across platforms and browsers. Work with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Web Development Convert design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end code. Build and maintain websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Next.js. Integrate with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Headless CMSs). Optimize for performance, SEO, and security. Conduct regular maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Collaboration & Strategy Work cross-functionally with marketers, content creators, and engineers. Provide technical and creative input during planning and ideation. Mentor junior designers/developers when necessary. Requirements: Proven experience (5+ years) in web design and development. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks. Strong portfolio showcasing design systems, responsive web design, and UX thinking. Familiarity with version control (Git), build tools (Webpack, Vite), and deployment workflows.
