Liaise with global teams and partners during handovers and resolve data-related queries.
Monitor team mailboxes and resolve data requests using case management tools.
Oversee daily data feeds, pricing inputs (manual and automated), and exception reporting.
Recalculate Private Equity valuations in response to corporate actions or market events.
Maintain and update pricing and valuation data, including regulatory fair value levels (e.g., IFRS classifications).
Perform data setup and quality checks across instruments, pricing, and indices.
Maintain and troubleshoot automated processes and "robots" used by the team.
Support system changes, automation tools, UAT testing, and data-centric projects.
Coordinate client valuation data and work with vendors to resolve pricing and data issues.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive under pressure.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and global handover schedules.
Demonstrates initiative and seeks opportunities to improve team processes.
