The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and strategic Growth & Partnerships Manager to spearhead institutional partnerships, B2B and B2C outreach, and sales enablement across India and key international regions. This high-ownership role blends strategic relationship-building with revenue execution, and is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of education, business development, and impact.


You will report directly to the leadership team and work cross-functionally with marketing, counselling, and operations to grow our client base, build long-term institutional relationships, and scale our presence across markets.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

  • Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with schools (IB, IGCSE, CBSE, ICSE), coaching centres, NGOs, and student-facing platforms.
  • Develop custom engagement models—webinars, mentorship programs, co-branded workshops, and referral structures.
  • Represent Rostrum in negotiations with school heads, counsellors, and academic coordinators.
  • Liaise with universities, embassies, and education bodies to co-create value-driven student initiatives.


2. Outreach Strategy & Brand Visibility

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of school visits, career fairs, university expos, and public info sessions.
  • Deliver presentations on global admissions trends and study abroad opportunities.
  • Identify and build regional expansion plans.
  • Ensure brand visibility and consistent messaging across all communications.


3. Lead Generation & Sales Execution

  • Own the full B2B2C sales cycle—from lead generation to client onboarding.
  • Conduct demo sessions for students, parents, and school stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing for tailored campaigns and lead nurturing.
  • Maintain a consistent closure rate and contribute to revenue targets.


4. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the main contact for institutional and B2C clients.
  • Ensure seamless handover to counselling and academic teams.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and drive referrals.
  • Provide ground-level feedback to improve services.


5. Reporting, Analysis & Collaboration

  • Track KPIs using CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
  • Generate performance reports and insights.
  • Collaborate across teams for integrated service delivery.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in partnerships, outreach, or business development.
  • Strong public speaking and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of the international education landscape is desirable.
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho preferred).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel.
