We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our growing team! Responsibilities Understanding academic projects/assignments/tasks requirements and ascertaining the appropriate price of each project/assignments/tasks Understanding client\#39;s escalation, discussing the issues with experts, and coming up with appropriate solutions. Identifying suitable experts for each project, negotiating the pay with freelancers, and facilitating allocation process. Point of contact for sales team and experts regarding pricing and allocation process respectively. Dealing with clients on chat/call to close stuck cases Maintaining healthy relationships with experts and facilitating timely delivery of projects Identifying expert\#39;s related issues, sharing feed with them, and escalating to TAM wherever required. Following up with prospective freelancers with desired expertise and getting them on board. Ensuring efficient work engagement of hired experts. Identifying suitable experts for each project, negotiating the pay with experts, and facilitating the allocation process. Ensuring efficient work quality delivery by experts with proper audit/proofreading and overall evaluation of work on a timely basis. Required Qualification & Skills Very good command of English. Excellent knowledge of the subject Acceptability towards rotational shifts and week offs Punctual and ability to work within deadlines. Efficiency with internet browsing and internet researching skills. Good writing and analytical skills.
