Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Develop pitch books/presentation and other marketing materials and financial models
Support senior bankers on research and analysis of companies / industries for various assignments
Support the team in maintaining and updating credentials / pitch books and other databases
Stay up to date on various regulations governing capital raising
Build sound understanding of the products and service offerings of CLSA

Requirements

Masters Degree, MBA from a Tier 1 institute and / or CA (rank holder)
Minimum 3-5 years of prior relevant experience in investment banking/equity capital markets with a reputed IB firm. Prior advisory / PE syndication experience will be an added plus
Proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal and Microsoft suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to multi-task and handle more than 1 assignment frequently
Strong analytical and research skills
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Excellent command of English Language in both spoken and written
