**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** You will be working as an Associate in the Operations department of the Reconciliations team at Incedo. Your primary responsibility will be reconciling Cash, Trade, and Positions between Internal data (Accounting) and External data (Custodian/Banks) across various asset classes like Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, and Derivatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure quality and timely production of reconciliations across all asset classes. - Complete all process tasks efficiently. - Respond to data queries and offer support to stakeholders. - Escalate critical issues to the Department Head/Lead for seamless process flow. - Provide ideas for process improvement and increased productivity. - Contribute to documenting procedures and work instructions. - Maintain positive engagement with stakeholders and uphold a high service level. - Ensure data integrity and strict adherence to SLAs. - Own, coordinate, and delegate work as necessary. - Collaborate across functions to identify root causes of breaks and assist in finding resolutions. **Qualifications:** - Experience in Investment Banking. - Knowledge of various market asset classes. - Understanding of the end-to-end flow of Reconciliation. - Proficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. **Additional Company Details:** Incedo is a US-based consulting, data science, and technology services firm with a team of over 6,000 professionals spread across six offices in the US and India.
