Roles & Responsibilities ● Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism to support seniors, caregivers, and provider offi ces, while assisting with scheduling, reminders, and resolving service requests. ● Identify customer needs, provide accurate solutions, escalate urgent issues when required, and route requests to the appropriate internal teams. ● Document all call interactions accurately in internal systems and manage service requests using the service playbook to ensure timely resolution. ● Support care coordination activities by following up on discharge patients, lab results, pending documentation, and other patient-related tasks. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program execution while consistently meeting KPIs such as call quality, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Requirements ● Exceptional communication skills with strong profi ciency in English (verbal and written). ● Prior experience in a call centre, customer support, or sales environment is preferred. ● Ability to handle conversations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. ● Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset. ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with night shift timings.
