Full-Time (5-day work-from-office) Timings: US Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM) — Cab facility + office meals provided

Experience Required: 2+ years (Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered) Salary Range: 6-7 LPA

Navigating the healthcare system can be overwhelming, especially for seniors who depend on timely, personalized support. Fragmented processes and outdated workfl ows often lead to delayed care, higher costs, and missed opportunities for early intervention.

At Lenity Health, we partner with payors, ACOs, and providers to streamline care delivery, enhance coordination, and elevate patient experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism to support seniors, caregivers, and provider offi ces, while assisting with scheduling, reminders, and resolving service requests.

● Identify customer needs, provide accurate solutions, escalate urgent issues when required, and route requests to the appropriate internal teams.

● Document all call interactions accurately in internal systems and manage service requests using the service playbook to ensure timely resolution.

● Support care coordination activities by following up on discharge patients, lab results, pending documentation, and other patient-related tasks.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program execution while consistently meeting KPIs such as call quality, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

● Exceptional communication skills with strong profi ciency in English (verbal and written).

● Prior experience in a call centre, customer support, or sales environment is preferred.

● Ability to handle conversations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

● Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with night shift timings.
