Associate - Founder's Office

This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and senior leadership on high-impact strategic projects that are central to the company's growth and long-term success.The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in ambiguity, can balance strategic thinking with operational execution, and brings a strong foundation in business analytics and problem-solving. You will operate as a force multiplier for the leadership team—driving critical initiatives, building data-backed strategies, and helping streamline business operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with the Founder and senior stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic projects across business functions (e.g., product, growth, finance, operations).
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to generate actionable insights, drive performance tracking, and make recommendations that shape company-wide strategies.
  • Market and Competitive Research: Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify new opportunities and inform business strategy.
  • Project Management: Own and manage high-priority projects end-to-end—ensure timely execution, alignment with business goals, and clear communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Executive Support: Support leadership in investor communication, board presentations, business planning, and internal reviews by preparing data-backed reports and strategic documents.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify gaps in processes, propose scalable solutions, and help implement tools and workflows that improve productivity across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-6 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as management consulting, investment banking, strategy, analytics, or a founder's office/startup leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability and a structured approach to decision-making.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand key drivers of a high-growth company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex topics into concise insights.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action—comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership, and a mindset of continuous improvement
