Our platform enables our users to achieve their dreams and fulfill their aspirations. Our best in class courses have generated strong user feedback with industry leading course completion rates, unlocking employment opportunities for them.

As of December 2021, about 120Mn people watch Josh Talks every month and over 175,000 individuals are enrolled in our online courses.

Position Summary

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Associate for our Founders Office team. In this role, you will work across a variety of business aspects including organizational strategy, setting up new businesses, daily operations, hiring and organizational structuring. It presents a unique opportunity to drive high impact despite being an early-career role and is for ambitious people who wish to compress years of learning in a short period of time and use raw problem solving skills to tackle complex issues. You will get to participate in critical discussions on the direction of the organization and have the rare chance to get an exposure to organization wide issues. 

The Job Role and Responsibilities

As an Associate you will: 

• Coordinate with a diverse set of people, including the founders, business heads, lawyers, finance professionals and HR executives to execute critical projects and tasks. 
• Prepare critical notes and documents such as strategy notes, variance analyses, and hiring documents.
• Strengthen decision making by conducting thorough research on competitors, users, investors, industries and new business opportunities.
• Gain a thorough understanding of our businesses and participate in decision making on aspects ranging from setting processes to identifying ways to tap into new growth opportunities.  
• Take charge of data gathering and sharing for use cases such as fundraising, internal reviews, securing IP rights and press releases.

Competencies and Skills Required

You are a good fit if you have:

• Analytical bent of mind - extremely comfortable with numbers and data
• Ability to handle multiple work streams concurrently through sound organization skills and meticulous planning
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• Available to travel occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of prior experience in strategy and project execution.
• Bachelor's degree.
