Data Ops Manager - Images

We’re looking for an Image Data Ops Manager to manage the curation of culturally rich visual datasets from India. You’ll coordinate shoots, manage visual QA, and prepare images for VLM training and benchmarking. If you love structured ops and India’s cultural diversity, this role is for you. Responsibilities: · Organize image capture campaigns: rituals, clothing, festivals, scenes · Coordinate with photographers and annotation teams · Manage data integrity, diversity quotas, and visual balance · Track and tag image metadata: region, setting, action · Ensure image resolution, clarity, and lighting standards · Manage labelling (bounding boxes) for images Must-Haves: · Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Design, Anthropology, or related field · 3–5 years of experience in visual data or image-based research projects · Knowledge of basic photography terms, lighting, resolution · Experience working with annotation teams or image QA · Familiarity with image formats, EXIF data, tagging workflows · Interest in Indian rituals, architecture, visual culture Be part of India’s first cultural vision-language benchmark effort.
