As the Associate Director of Sales, you play a vital role in shaping the revenue strategies of the hotel. Your responsibilities include driving sales performance, developing strategic initiatives, and managing key client relationships. It is critical for you to not only meet and exceed sales targets but also enhance the hotel's market position within the competitive hospitality landscape.
