Associate Director – Brand Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Generation

• Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value influencer marketing deals with brands and agencies.
• Identify new business opportunities across industries and create a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Drive revenue growth through acquisition of marquee accounts and expansion into newer categories.
• Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand decision-makers, CMOs, and agency leaders.
• Act as a trusted consultant to clients by understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored influencer marketing solutions.
• Ensure repeat business and client satisfaction through regular engagement and follow-ups.

Strategic Partnerships & Growth

• Collaborate with internal teams (Planning, Pricing, Campaign Management) to align client requirements with execution capabilities.
• Work closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategies, sales frameworks, and industry positioning.
• Represent the company at industry forums, networking events, and conferences to build visibility and thought leadership.
• Explore strategic partnerships with platforms, agencies, and ecosystem players to unlock new revenue streams.

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and competitor analysis to senior leadership.
• Contribute to refining sales processes and building scalable systems for business growth.
