As an Associate Director of Brand Partnerships at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and client acquisition initiatives. Your main focus will be on increasing revenue growth, cultivating long-term brand relationships, and establishing our agency as the go-to partner for influencer marketing solutions. Your strategic thinking, sales expertise, and industry knowledge will be essential in identifying opportunities, closing high-value deals, and contributing to our growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value influencer marketing deals with brands and agencies. - Identify new business opportunities across various industries and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. - Drive revenue growth by acquiring marquee accounts and expanding into new categories. - Consistently surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets. Client Relationship Management: - Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with brand decision-makers, CMOs, and agency leaders. - Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, understanding their business challenges and offering tailored influencer marketing solutions. - Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business through regular engagement and follow-ups. Strategic Partnerships & Growth: - Collaborate with internal teams (Planning, Pricing, Campaign Management) to align client needs with execution capabilities. - Work closely with leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, sales frameworks, and industry positioning. - Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and thought leadership. - Explore partnerships with platforms, agencies, and ecosystem players to unlock new revenue streams. Sales Operations & Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools. - Provide regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and competitor analysis to senior leadership. - Contribute to streamlining sales processes and implementing scalable systems for business growth.,
