Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer oriented Associate Customer Success professional to join our IT software development services team in Gurgaon. You will work closely with clients to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and satisfaction with our software solutions and development services, driving long-term relationships and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Understand client requirements, expectations, and business objectives to provide tailored solutions and support.
  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and adoption of software development and custom development services.
  • Monitor customer usage, project milestones, and service quality to identify risks or issues proactively.
  • Manage customer communication, providing timely updates on project progress, issue resolution, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to assist product and service improvement initiatives.
  • Support renewal processes by demonstrating value and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and customer success platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in customer success, account management, client servicing roles within the IT/software services sector.
  • Basic technical understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and IT services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and customer success tools is an advantage.
  • Customer-first attitude with a passion for building lasting client relationships.
