• Client Support: Assist in managing client relationships by ensuring clear and effective communication, helping to meet client expectations and resolve issues promptly.

• Team Coordination: Support the supervision of site/field teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and assisting with day-to-day operations.

• Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate in developing detailed project plans while working with other project managers, including schedules, scopes, and learning budget estimations. Assist in tracking project progress and identifying potential risks.

• Monitoring and Reporting: Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and helping to implement effective solutions. Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate project status to stakeholders.

• Customer Interaction: Provide support in handling customer interactions professionally, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

• SLA Support: learning SLAs and assisting in maintaining SLAs according to client requirements

• IT Coordination: Help oversee the integration and management of IT systems
  related to the project, coordinating with IT teams to ensure technical requirements are met.

• Field Management Support: Assist in proposing and managing field management
  services, including maintenance of DCUs and addressing power supply breakdowns.

• Bachelor/Post Graduate degree in Engineering.

• Basic understanding of utilities, or distribution grid.

• Experience in customer/client management, site/field team and IT team coordination,
  Project Management, EPC profile.

• Leadership and team management capabilities.

• Strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
