Roles and Responsibilities -

Data analysis
BAU Operations (Reporting, Campaigns, Promos, Configs)
Work on templatized reports, KPI Tracking
Product Champions (L+, E+, I+) and ability to execute and train clients on all modules
Ability to work on Presentations and Review Decks

OKRs -

Client KPI - Tracking
Reporting fulfilment Campaign Fulfillment metrics / SLA Adherence Named Mapping NPS

Skills and Expertise -

Knowledge of SQL and experience of working with databases
Experience / Ability to learn basic Product Management and Configuration
Ability to work on reporting and BI Tools
Expert proficiency in English client communication
Aptitude for problem-solving and quantitative skills, Comfortable in dealing with numbers and calculation
Expert level proficiency of MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Basic Project Management Skills

Skills and Expertise -
