Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Associate – Customer Success Growth with 1–2 years of experience in business development, client management, and CRM operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, achieve targets, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and support negotiations to close deals.
  • Manage and achieve individual as well as team targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Handle CRM tools for lead management and operational activities.
  • Contribute to pipeline creation, documentation, and strategy planning.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective negotiator, collaborator, and deal closer.
  • Ability to achieve individual as well as team targets.
  • Strong understanding of competitor products and services.
  • Proficient in handling CRM tools for lead management and operations.
  • Business Development, Market Research, Strategy Planning, Pipeline Creation & Documentation.
  • Relationship-building mindset with client-centric focus.

Technical Skills:

  • MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint – Advanced).
  • Salesforce CRM, LeadSquared CRM, Insightly CRM.
  • Upwork, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of online research tools and prospecting databases.
  • Ability to analyze CRM dashboards and generate performance reports.
  • Familiarity with email automation tools and collaboration platforms (Slack, MS Teams, Google Workspace).

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in client success, business development, or sales support.
