Key Accountabilities:

• Lead concept development and visual storytelling across

  integrated platforms

  – ATL and digital.
• Translate brand strategy into compelling, insight-led visual ideas and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with Copy Leads, Creative Directors, Strategy, and Account teams to craft effective multi-channel campaigns.
• Guide and inspire a team of designers and art directors, providing strong creative direction and mentorship.
• Present ideas with clarity and confidence to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain high creative standards while managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and evolving design trends.
• Push creative boundaries while delivering work that’s grounded in strategic relevance and market effectiveness.

Professional Skills:

• 8–12 years of experience in a creative/art role within advertising or integrated marketing agencies.
• A strong portfolio showcasing

  integrated campaign work

  (ATL + digital) across major brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Excellent visual design sensibility with strong understanding of composition, typography, color, and layout.
• Experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills — ability to articulate and sell ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume agency environment.
