What You’ll Do:

🔹 Lead concept, visualization, execution & direction of healthcare and wellness campaigns across formats

🔹 Partner closely with copy, strategy, and medical content teams to deliver meaningful brand stories

🔹 Maintain high creative standards and ensure scientific accuracy meets creative impact

🔹 Present creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients

🔹 Mentor, guide, and inspire the creative team to push for brave, purposeful work

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–8 years

  of experience in

  art direction/creative leadership

  , ideally within

  healthcare, wellness, or pharma

  advertising
• A

  strong portfolio

  showcasing conceptual thinking and design craft across print, digital, film, and integrated campaigns
• Ability to

  simplify complex medical ideas

  into visually engaging narratives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and curious about the science behind every brief
• A degree in any discipline —
