Key Responsibilities: - Help lead and inspire creative teams to develop innovative design solutions, from concept development to implementation - Ideate and execute original creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals - Ensure proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment - Passionate and skilled in Art and aesthetics, with a plus in UI/UX - Extend client relationships and explore new value delivery methods - Develop creative ideas that align with clients" and business objectives while upholding creative excellence and professionalism - Present, share, and review creative work with stakeholders - Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, collaborating with in-house resources and third-party vendors - Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning, and the creative team to develop disruptive work - Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions Qualifications Required: - Experience: 12 years or more - Background in creative and art - Strong time management and prioritization skills - Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Highly organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and proactive,
