Associate Creative Director - Art

As a part of Hogarth, a global content experience company partnering with some of the world's top brands, including Coca-Cola, Ford, Rolex, Nestle, Mondelez, and Dyson, you will be part of a team that delivers relevant, engaging, and measurable content across various channels and media. With over 7,500 craft and technology experts worldwide, we help clients navigate the dynamic world of content experience by combining creativity, production, and innovation. You will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring creative teams to develop innovative design solutions, from concept development to implementation. Your responsibilities will include ideating and executing original creative concepts in response to client briefs, ensuring the proper placement and meaning of every visual element within a project. A background in creative and art, coupled with at least 12 years of experience, will be essential for this role. Your passion for art and aesthetics, along with UI/UX skills, will be valuable assets. You will extend client relationships, explore new ways to deliver value, and develop creative ideas that align with both client and business objectives. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will collaborate with various teams to produce disruptive and iconic work, maintaining high levels of creative excellence and professionalism. Your strong time management, prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills, combined with a proactive and client-focused approach, will be critical in this role. You will participate in brainstorming sessions, present creative work to stakeholders, and work closely with internal and external resources to ensure project success.
