What You’ll Be Doing


End-to-End Talent Acquisition

You will take care of entire cycle of recruitment and provide exhaustive and meaningful feedback summaries for each candidate assessed and propose the candidate to the appropriate business unit. You will also partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and design targeted evaluation processes


Stakeholder Partnership

Collaborate closely with human capital consulting leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, align on talent strategies, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.


Talent Pipelining

Proactively build and nurture a high-quality talent pool, ensuring readiness for current and future consulting roles through targeted engagement and relationship-building.


Employer Branding

Champion Aon’s employer brand by crafting compelling narratives and experiences that attract top-tier consulting talent and position Aon as an employer of choice.


Data-Driven Decisions

Maintain clean, accurate, and insightful recruitment data to drive smarter decisions, track progress, and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.


Interview Process Excellence

Manage complex interview setups with precision—including assessments, panel rounds, and stakeholder coordination—to deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience.


Offer Negotiation & Closure

Support offer discussions with market insights and candidate alignment, ensuring competitive and fair employment terms that lead to successful closures.


Onboarding Collaboration

Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless onboarding journey that sets new hires up for success from day one.


Market Intelligence

Stay ahead of industry hiring trends, competitor strategies, and talent movement to inform proactive recruiting and strategic workforce planning.
