Job Title: Associate – Category Management, Online NEET JEE & School Tuition Courses

Role Purpose

Drive revenue growth, execute promotional activities, and manage operations for the assigned category. This role blends analytical insight, commercial ownership, and cross-functional coordination to deliver category targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve category sales, margin, and profitability targets.
• Identify and act on growth opportunities through product mix, pricing, and bundling.
• Design and roll out promotional and retention campaigns in alignment with category strategy.
• Track effectiveness of digital & offline promotions and optimise for better conversion rates.
• Ensure accurate & timely product listings, flawless learner experience and smooth category operations.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, academics, support and other teams to resolve operational gaps and drive category growth
• Monitor category KPIs and share actionable insights with the Category Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–4 years in category management, pricing or e-commerce operations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Experience in Ed-tech industry is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
