Job Responsibilities- The Associate Category Manager will work closely with the Category Manager to support the growth and management of the respective category. This role involves assisting in strategy execution, teacher onboarding, process optimization, and ensuring high-quality delivery of courses. Responsibilities: Category Strategy Support: Assist in the execution of category strategies by analyzing market trends, tracking performance metrics, and supporting initiatives aimed at category growth. Teacher Support: Support the onboarding process for teachers, including training on content, working culture, and operational norms. Act as a point of contact for resolving category-specific queries. Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking the performance of courses, collecting feedback, and identifying areas for improvement in delivery and content. Customer Relations: Collaborate with the team to address feedback from parents and learners, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Operational Assistance: Support the implementation of processes and action plans for smooth category operations. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations, sales, and HR, to ensure alignment with category goals. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution. 1+ years of experience in EdTech, project management, or related fields. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Creative and customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
