Position: Operations Executive Type: Full-time Location: Work from Home Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to help manage and streamline day-to-day operations across various departments. This role is key to ensuring seamless class execution, customer satisfaction, instructor coordination, and internal process optimization. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily operations for online classes, including scheduling, attendance, and live session support. Monitor and manage student enrollment, class rosters, and CRM updates. Track operational KPIs and assist with reporting and performance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, tech) to ensure smooth workflows and continuous improvement. Proactively identify and implement operational process improvements. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or admin roles (edtech/startup experience a plus). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and communication platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp, Slack). Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field preferred.
